Attorney Terri Pastori Presents to Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers

Attorney Pastori spoke on topics such as workplace discrimination & harassment.On June 7, 2017, Terri L. Pastori presented on various employment law issues to members of the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers at its semi-annual conference on Critical Management Skills for CHC Managers and Supervisors at the Bostonian Hotel in Boston.  The conference is a two-day event for human resources professionals, managers, and supervisors.Attorney Pastori engaged in an interactive training session on topics such as workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also addressed disabilities, reasonable accommodations, and employee leaves that impact Massachusetts employers. The training also included topics like FMLA, the Massachusetts Parental Leave Act, the Massachusetts Earned Sick Time Law, and the Massachusetts Small Necessities Leave Act.  Attorney Pastori also highlighted a Massachusetts law that will go into effect on July 1, 2018 concerning pay equality.This is the third time that Attorney Pastori has been invited to speak at the conference and work alongside Lisa Mouscher of Sogence, a nationally recognized trainer and consultant.
