Brooke Moschetto is a 2020 graduate of Emory University School of Law. She began her career at Pastori | Krans as a summer associate in 2019 and joined the firm as an associate after taking the bar in October 2020. Her practice focuses on family law and employment law.

Through her practice, Brooke serves clients in family law matters, including, divorce, alimony, property division, parenting plans, visitation, child support, and domestic violence protective orders. Brooke also serves clients in employment law matters, including employment and severance agreements, compliance with federal and state employment laws, and workplace discrimination and harassment disputes.

Brooke appreciates the importance of attentive and trustworthy legal counsel. She understands clients often face difficult and complex legal situations and she is dedicated to navigating them through each step of the legal process.

During law school, Brooke worked for a top-rated, seasoned divorce attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. There, she gained valuable insight into serving clients involved in divorce, parenting support, and other family law issues.

Prior to her legal career, Brooke worked as a data analyst for a Fortune 500 company in the technology industry. Her corporate background provides her with an understanding of the complex business issues that may arise in an employment dispute.

Brooke is originally from New Hampshire. She received her B.A. magna cum laude in Philosophy and Hispanic Studies, with honors, from Trinity College. Brooke earned her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law. Brooke is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
