Accomplished attorney Elizabeth Mulholland is the firm’s new associate.

Elizabeth Mulholland is bringing her years of experience practicing law inside and out of the courtroom to Pastori Krans as the firm’s newest associate. Mulholland, a Concord resident, has spent the past decade working in the New Hampshire Public Defender’s Office and as an assistant attorney general with the New Hampshire Department of Justice.

Over her career, Mulholland has handled hundreds of cases while working in the Public Defender’s Office, including numerous bench and jury trials. In her capacity as an assistant attorney general with the New Hampshire Department of Justice, she focused on civil litigation, handling matters before administrative and regulatory boards and before state and federal courts.

“We are delighted that Elizabeth is joining the Pastori Krans team,” said Terri Pastori, partner. “With her broad background and litigation experience, she will bring new perspectives to our practice and increase our ability to serve clients in the areas of family law and employment law, which are our primary areas of focus.”

Mulholland earned her B.A. from the University of Minnesota where she majored in history and sociology. She earned her J.D. cum laude from Vermont Law School. As a law student, she served as a student ambassador and was the shareholder advocate for her graduating class. Mulholland has been a member of the New Hampshire Bar since 2007 and was admitted to the federal court bar in June 2015.

Outside of the courtroom, Mulholland has served as a mentor to those interested in a legal career. She was an intern coordinator for the civil bureau while at the Department of Justice, and worked closely with the University of New Hampshire School of Law to supervise the bureau’s semester interns as well as hiring and supervising summer interns. She is active in the community and serves as a trustee of the Concord Public Library. Mulholland is also a member of the Women’s Bar Association.
