Attorney Deragon spoke at the Women in Finance Conference

Attorney Deragon was invited to speak at the recent Women in Finance Conference at the Portsmouth Harbor Events Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Attorney Deragon led a session titled Working Together: How to Mentor the Next Generation of Diverse Leaders, in which she discussed strategies for overcoming the challenges of building and fostering diverse teams. The event was sponsored by the NH Bankers Association.

Deragon is an of counsel attorney at Pastori | Krans whose practice focuses on advising businesses on a wide variety of employment law matters, including: hiring, disciplining and terminating employees; training supervisors and employees; internal investigations; employee handbooks and policies; wage and hour compliances; and employment contracts.
