Attorney Deragon to Serve as Co-Faculty Member for NHBA Practical Skills Course for Recent Admittees on the Topic of Employment Law Issues

Attorney Beth Deragon is thrilled to be a faculty member along with Attorneys Molly McKean and Marcie Vaughan at the upcoming New Hampshire Bar Association’s Practical Skills Course for recent admittees on June 19, 2024 on the topic of employment law issues. They will cover a wide range of employment law issues including discrimination under Federal and State laws, wage and hour compliance, unemployment compensation, worker’s compensation, independent contractors, restrictive covenants and employment litigation. The NHBA provides this practical skills course over two days and covers many practice areas to provide tips and pointers and features unique to NH practice.
