Attorneys Pastori and Deragon to Provide Training on Equality in the Legal Profession

In conjunction with the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, on April 4, 2019, Attorneys Terri Pastori and Beth Deragon conducted training for New Hampshire attorneys on the topic of Promoting Equality in the Legal Profession: Maintaining a Workplace Free of Harassment, Discrimination and Retaliation. Discussions were had on understanding the rights and obligations employees, partners, supervisors and bystanders have in law firms, businesses, and government agencies, and strategies on how to handle situations involving inappropriate conduct in the legal profession.   Attorneys Pastori and Deragon regularly conduct training on this topic for employers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
