Attorney Meredith Lasna’s Article Featured in Concord Chamber Review

Attorney Meredith Lasna wrote a business focus article on developments around Federal Trade Commission’s rule banning non-compete agreements and USDOL’s rule changing who qualified as an exempt employee under FLSA for the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce Review - January 2025 edition.  This article, “Update on Federal Rule Changes for Employers,” updates a related article Attorney Lasna co-wrote for the July 2024 edition of the same publication and discusses the Court decisions that stopped these rules from going into effect nationwide.
