Professional Focus

Heather E. Krans is a nationally recognized family law attorney with over 25 years of experience in the practice of law.  She represents clients in high-asset and complex divorce cases, including cases involving the valuation and division of business interests and other complex assets. Her goal is to ensure that disentanglement from a spouse or partner is done as efficiently and smoothly as possible. She believes in empowering her clients with candid conversations, deep collaboration and ongoing education about New Hampshire’s divorce laws and procedures. She is a frequent presenter on family law topics, including financial issues in divorce, child support, and federal law issues that arise in family law matters.

Career & Education

Heather received her B.A. in English from the University of Vermont and her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from Emory University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
