Attorney Deragon Re-elected as Chair of NHBA Labor & Employment Law Section

We are pleased to report that Beth Deragon has been re-elected to the position of Chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association (NHBA) Labor & Employment Law Section. Attorney Deragon will be serving alongside Vice Chair, Brooke Lovett Shilo, of Upton & Hatfield, LLP; and Clerk, Talesha Caynon, of Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson, P.A. The purpose of the section is to facilitate professional exchange and development in the area of labor and employment law through educational seminars and social gatherings for attorneys who represent individuals and businesses. Attorney Deragon is looking forward to a year of new events and new venues after the Section returns from its “summer holiday.”Deragon is an of counsel attorney at Pastori | Krans whose practice focuses on advising businesses on a wide variety of employment law matters, including: hiring, disciplining and terminating employees; training supervisors and employees; internal investigations; employee handbooks and policies; wage and hour compliances; and employment contracts.
