Professional Focus

Beth A. Deragon is an award-winning employment law attorney, litigator, mediator and published author, representing both private and public employees and employers for over 18 years. She also represents licensed professionals in New Hampshire before its various licensing boards and is knowledgeable about the licensing and ethical requirements for these professionals. 

Her employment law practice focuses on providing corporate clients with risk management advice and development of best employment practices along with global policies that comply with laws across multiple jurisdictions.  She conducts internal investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation for public and private entities.

Beth provides mediation services for a broad range of disputes, including employment, personal injury, civil rights, malpractice, municipal matters, business, and commercial disputes. Her mediations are designed to provide each side with a meaningful process and workable resolution in order to avoid the emotional and financial stress of litigation.

Career & Education

Beth received her B.A. in Russian Language and Literature from the University of New Hampshire, and her M.A. in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Birmingham, UK.  She earned her Juris Doctor from the UNH School of Law. Beth is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
